Pros

Satisfactory place to begin a career right out of college. Good place to work if you need to gain experience and build your resume while assembling a network of colleagues and industry contacts. Most people at the company are pleasant to work with. Paid time off is above par for the industry.

Cons

Leadership is non-existent. Plenty of managers and directors, but no leaders. Rampant queen bee syndrome. Compensation is well below industry average. Bonus plan is sub-par. Company wants you to sell products and/or services to clients that don't exist. Several rounds of unexpected layoffs created a culture where employees felt dispensable. Company severely struggles with technology.

Pros

money and casual dress, benefits, and insurance

Cons

Every since David Mounts arrived Inmar.. PEOPLE WITH TENURE are getting booted out the door. Its all about the bottom line and getting younger people working for half the pay.

Pros

Most co-workers are nice and enjoyable to be around. Flexible work hours.

Cons

It's not what you know at Inmar it's who you know. Inmar wants to get something for nothing. You get what you pay for. Clients are promised anything and everything even if they are not equipped to accomdate their needs. They just want the sale/contract. Inmar's theory sale first then build product. Backwards! I am sure clients would lke to know that they are test dummies and they are clueless as to how it will work or even if it will work. But that does not matter it's all about the sale - money! The reputation they are giving Inmar will put them under quickly. You can get a contract once by talking big, but do not expect to maintain or renew them when you make promises you can not keep. The CEO that is at Inmar talks a BIG talk but I was not impressed. When a company that has been profitable seeks money from the city and state or they would "possibly" take their business elsewhere out of state. This was a wake up call to the loyal employees who have been there since the beginning. Basically if Inmar did not get this money they employees that built Inmar and made it what it is today were going to be easily replaceable in another state. Wow, that is good to know.
