      Pros

      Good pay and benefits . Flexibility and hours

      Cons

      Concerns of upper management replacing people with seniority with younger people right out college for half the money. New CEO announced at 30th Inmar anniversary the younger people will be the ones to make a difference. Company has fired in the past two years a lot of people with tenure and knowledge that made Inmar.

      Not a Good Culture Anymore Feels Like a Slow Death of a Once Good Organization

      Pros

      Hardworking employees tend to work as a team. Supervisors and managers are easy to talk openly with. Smart coworkers make work interesting. Client interactions are great.

      Cons

      Less and less employees to do the work. Each day it seems someone else leaves but no announcements are made. Company promotes itself excessively to the outside community as a great place to be, but morale is down. It is becoming more and more difficult to get the work needed done.

      Horrible culture and accounting is in shambles

      Pros

      Some of the people outside the Acct Dept are friendly and the corporate INbassador program for onboarding was really helpful.

      Cons

      The culture in the Accounting Dept was noninclusive and hostile, significant lack of documented procedures, pressure to work 'long hours' including through lunch, inadequate training on process and systems, and poorly designed processes that result in accounts being out of balance (reconciliations with a history of unknown adjustments plugged to balance). When I brought up my concerns, I was told 'Inmar is not for everyone'.
