Pros

Decent benefits and hours. Decent opportunity for growth if you happen to be in the right departments.

Cons

Management was difficult to work for. Terrible training but yet they expected you to know things you were not properly trained in.

Pros

People are hard working and dedicated. With the limited resources people have, they try and succeed in a lot of instances to get the job done.

Cons

Leadership seems disorganized and does not know who or what they want the company to be. The company has tried to morph into a technology company in the last five years which they truly aren't. They have lost sight of their clients and their needs and instead of servicing existing clients they just move on to the next big client once they have the client sign on the dotted line.

Pros

Some fantastic people work at Inmar. Those people are fun to work with and all carry great potential. The benefits are decent, and I'm sure the new building will bring new benefits of its own. Company is focused on the future and will invest in it.

Cons

Favoritism and nepotism is rampant throughout the company. Hard to picture any upper mobility when you see positions being created for a select few and family members. Pay structure is uneven and well below where it should be. Upper management expects top notch results but won't pay for it nor invest in the technology needed. Every year came with a new focus... Healthcare! Digital! And now... Analytics! If history repeats itself, expect a good portion of the Analytics division to be laid off after a year or so as well. Company is apparently "strong" right now, but the layoffs have killed morale. Hard to "skip to work" when you're friends are being let go.
