Was once a great place to work, no longer the case!

Pros

Flexible hours and casual dress

Cons

If you are not a manager, supervisor, director or VP you get no respect. There is A LOT of back stabbing from upper management. Claims to be a family oriented company, not true anymore. New CEO is ALL about money. There are too many bosses (managers, supervisors and directors) and most of them should not be in their position. I feel like your boss should be able to do anything they ask of their employees and they cant. Inmar over-promises their clients and then expects their under paid and over worked employees to fix it. Unless you are willing to work for pennies OR you are great friends with one of the higher ups, you have no room for advancement! A LOT of firing going on and they just took money from the government!!!!

Pros

They encourage continuing education and learning and back that up with several reimbursement type programs and paying for training when asked for it. You are exposed to new technology and it's a fast paced environment. Most of the people are great to work with, as long as they are on the same level as you are.

Cons

Horrible communication from management down to the people actually doing the work. New senior management came in two years again and cleaned house. He brought in a bunch of his Good ol' boys and now if you're not in the cook kids club, you have to be very careful about what you say and who you say it to or you may be walked out the door. Totally cleaned house in the HR department and now there's no one in there who's been with the company for more than two years. Very uncomfortable feeling that you can't even go to HR about issues for fear of being fired. Used to be a great company to work for, not so much any more.

Pros

if you please and say yes to everyone then can move up soon.

Cons

where to start: - don't believe in existing capabilities and go after acquiring business (which fails later on) - Upper management just talk about good things on face but reality is way different (so no transparency) - pay range is below average
