Can't think of anything to be honest. Being employed?

Cons

Disjointed organization. Do not handle acquisitions / integration of teams well. Bully style sales mentality demanding for revenue all the time. People point fingers constantly. Leadership does not provide sellers support. Complaints get elevated and nothing happens. Internal support teams do not want to work so you have to do it all yourself. Compensation structure and roles and responsibilities of internal teams lend to encourage internal conflict. Miserable organization to work in sales. Stay away.

nice location in beautiful downtown Winston Salem, great if you fit into the boys club and live only to work

Cons

men are promoted at a rapid rate and women are not. tenure of female to receive a promotions is 10x what it is for a man.
