Pros

coworkers were great got along with pretty much everyone, we were always busy and the days went by quickly

Cons

we had one supervisor that talked to us like we were 2 years old. I am still at aw as to how that specific supervisor is still there. He/she must have something that can be held over someone else head

Great bosses within the company exist, but company policies are still embarrassing and hard to swallow

Cons

Patronizing leadership that expects praise for minimal humanity Sexist and racist undertones Pretend bonuses to non-sales touted at hiring Embarrassing parties where leadership hands out cash to employees willing to do silly things

Please reach out to your Great Teams Business Partner so that we can have an opportunity to understand your perspective. We have made very clear that we are committed to learning and implementing programs and policies in the areas of diversity, equity and inclusion. We don't have it all right today, but we are working and listening as a team. Have you become involved in Inmar PRIDE, or our diversity and inclusion group One Inmar Together Forward, or Inmar Empowering Women? Feedback and input received from associates serving in such Inmar groups inform changes made as an organization. Regarding bonuses, non-Sales team members who joined Inmar prior to Oct. 2020 just received their 2020 Team Achievement Dividend (TAD) bonus on March 12, so we would like to understand what you refer to as a "pretend bonus." (Many companies were not able to pay bonuses in 2020, so we are proud of our team's effort and performance during such a difficult year.) That said, there is always room for growth and learning. Therefore, process improvements are being made to further clarify details regarding bonus plans during the onboarding process. With regard to the party, many years ago Leadership did give cash during one celebration to groups of associates who were having fun. It was not intended as you have interpreted. Our goal is to ensure all at Inmar are respected, recognized and appreciated. Please do get involved in our groups if you have not, or reach out to management or Great Teams for a productive discussion.

Pros

Latest technology. Decent benefits Some smart people to work with. Very nice office environment with lot of natural lights. CEO is nice.

Cons

Some software directors are narcissistic and have way too much ego and their slightly above average intelligence can not compensate. Bonuses are tied to inflated company growth so you end up getting no bonus.
