      There are some really great folks that have been with the company for many years and have made the company what it is today, They are becoming fewer and fewer.

      Corporate top heavy, you are just a number, and long hours due to lack of planning.

      Pros

      Professional environment, enjoyable experience with some honest and hard working people. Sales positions offer autonomous work schedule without hourly restrictions. Ability and confidence to offer clients real solutions!

      Cons

      Terrible communications! Lack of vision from all levels of leadership! Take a sample of 100 Inmarians and 80 won't know their realistic goals or objectives! Great concepts, very poor executions!
