We are glad you are enjoying the Inmar culture. It is something that Leadership, Great Teams (HR), Corporate Communications and so many others work very hard to cultivate and support. Of course, amazing associates committed to the Inmar values and each other play a central role in culture. With regard to salary, each position at Inmar is market priced against similar positions at similarly sized companies in the location the job will be located. Please ensure you are speaking openly with your manager about your perspectives and that you participate in our Learning and Development Program to help you grow and expand your contribution. Inmar offers extensive learning opportunities through online classes, tuition reimbursement, text for success, Lean Six Sigma certification and many, many more. Our Fred2 Program also allows associates to explore other positions and areas of the company by participating in special projects. Be sure to take advantage of all of the opportunities available to you! Your manager and Great Teams Business Partner can help you as you work toward your career goals.

We are glad to have you on-board at Inmar. We are growing, so there are many opportunities available for you to grow your career! As you can imagine there is impact to a team when a new associate joins as time and resources are invested to training the new associate. So, we do ask new associates to be in the role they initially accepted for at least one year. In the meantime, you certainly can begin planning now by researching areas that might interest you and by talking with your manager or Great Teams! Business Partner about developing a formal career plan. Also, get involved in the many affinity groups that Inmar offers so that you can network, learn more about our company and meet team members in other areas!
