      Pros

      Stretches your knowledge. Be prepared for a big learning curve, which is good.

      Cons

      Clique-like atmosphere. Have to be "popular" with the right people. Tons of favoritism.

      Pros

      Solid pay and hours. Multiple insurance options, good and smart ppl working there. That's about it really... good downtown location

      Cons

      Management do not interface with employees unless there is a issue, training is almost nonexistent so I relayed on another employee time to teach me the process... half of the time I wasn't doing anything until they had time to show me what to do.. their systems are complex and different than anywhere else and need extensive training.. that didn't happen. No dress code so ppl come to work looking like they are going to Wallmart to pick up some groceries.. flip flops, shorts and stretched out t-shirt, no makeup, hair undone, sweaty and totally unprofessional

      Pros

      The people in Inmar are very friendly and want to come to work every day. Very flexible policies and time requirements.

      Cons

      There are communication issues and work to be done in the area of customer requirements. The departmentalization is cutting on the potential of the company.
