Pros

Progressive corporate vision and culture Commitment to build and advance premiere status within key solutions through acquisition to strengthen expertise in key divisions Casual dress environment, flexible schedules among some of the best employee perks While there are always cons; when comparing to other organizations, you will find that the grass is not always greener outside of Inmar.

Cons

Lacking client satisfaction Various management levels fall short on accountability standards Holding back individuals from advancing or contributing in specific areas based on subjective standards or pre-conceived notions of associate's capabilities rather than what the associate is actually capable of.

We continue to grow and improve in the areas you mention as a team each day, so thank you for providing your feedback. A number of methods are in place to collect information regarding client satisfaction, including our company-wide annual Net Promoter Score survey. Detailed action plans are developed from the results each year and progress has been realized as a result. We also are committed to continuous improvement. Over the past two years, Inmar has invested in a number of new initiatives and tools to develop managers and promote accountability. Each associate should also work with her or his manager to develop a Career Development Plan. As Inmar CEO announced during a Town Hall in 2015, internal development and promotions are important and are measured. Your observations and perceptions are important and can be most effectively addressed by sharing specifics with your manager and/or your Great Teams! Business Partner. Thank you for your commitment and contribution to ensure we continue to grow and win as a team!

Pros

Inmar's CEO is an awesome leader and engages daily with employees. He is a strong mentor and has insight for the next level of growth. He rewards employees for great accomplishments and challenges us to always be thinking of what we can do better and more efficiently.

Cons

We need to review standards for new-hire training so that all employees know and understand the systems/procedures they will be using in their position. You can't rely on departmental employees to explain or guide due to their workload. Inmar is a very complex business and the every day language of what we do can be reviewed as being complicated to learn.

Continuous improvement and flawless execution are central to our culture, so your perspective is very important! Please take advantage of our Leadership team’s open-door policy and schedule some time with our EVP, Corporate Communications and Great Teams!, to share specific examples of the systems/procedures you reference so that they can be addressed effectively. You also can reach out to our Leadership and Development Manager. Once they understand exactly what you have observed, a plan to address can be developed.
