Pros

Generally nice, friendly co-workers. Interesting engineering tasks and day to day operations.

Cons

Some upper management seems out of touch with day to day work. It would be a better functioning work environment with better direction.

Pros

Great pay for certain jobs. Although it is a big company, it is always open to innovate with upcoming technologies. Very employee friendly. Beautiful HQ building with spacious working environments. Being a large company, there are a lot of advancement oppertunities.

Cons

Milage may vary - although my department is great, I've heard other department employees having a different experience. All of the networks are now working in the same building, but it still feels like separate companies. This IS being addressed, but the consolidation of knowledge and process still hasn't been completed.

Thank you for your comments and observations. You appear to have an eye for process and standards! Please bring your ideas to management and other associates. Each of us brings a unique perspective and it is important that we exchange ideas openly. Please also consider becoming Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certified if you are not already and take the Flawless Execution classes offered as part of the Inmar Learning Program. The classes are offered on-site – you then can take your knowledge and help us implement more of the standards and processes you reference. We are so glad you are on board!
