      Inmar Hard, Meaningful Work and Brilliant Success

      Pros

      Fast paced, energetic, high growth, exciting tech company. Inmar rewards very well folks who are instrumental in its success and you are by-in-large surrounded by "A" players who love to succeed together as a team. If hard, meaningful work and brilliant success is not for you then by all means stay away from Inmar. If not, come on over and joint the fun!

      Cons

      Typical growth pains in that Inmar is learning how to communicate better in a more geographically diverse environment. Personally I don't mind growing pains since they are associated with growth! Inmar does have issues like every other company out there, but we work together and value each other so those issue simply become small things we band together to work through.

      Was a nice job to me worked really hard even won big gifts .

      My supervisor was unfair to me and I applied to quit so he sent me home before the date.

      Benefits, flexible schedule, great coworkers.

      Cons

      Too many obstacles in place that make it hard to deliver great service to customers. Being asked to send in the same document over and over from different people. Being told to sell a service only to have the purchase agreement held up in legal.
