- excellent directors and managers -excellent trainers - fair work and life balance - healthy work environment - fair pay and excellent benefits - great opportunity - recognition for your performance

Cons

There are busy times when the volume of work can increase, but that’s the nature of the business and management understands that. There is no pressure in such times from managers as they are understanding, it’s just a matter of managing the storm! Regret leaving company! It’s one of those companies where you can work your entire and be pleased!

Insurance companies have been significantly impacted by Canada’s changing climate, resulting in a very high volume of weather related Claims.
