Unsettled following merger. Plans are being overturned and communication remains poor on direction being taken. Stability of job is non-existent.

Lack of vision and mission, lost of company values, uncertanly for future, lack of care for employees, no work balance, lack of communication, lost of profit, bad financial planning, lost on stock value, good employees are punished with more work, medical benifis reduced year over year, freeze on salary increase, redcution on bonus, bad work environment, people is getting fire with out any awarness or respect, large cuts with out a plan or assesment for impact, lost of overall track for company growth
