Pros

Great salary only if you're in a poorer country

Cons

Constant calls, virtually no breaks unless you commit to taking unpaid breaks. Why you wouldn't want to take breaks? Because God forbids if their system crashes, the downtime is on you, so you will always want to work extra hours and skip breaks so that you'll build up extra hours in case something goes wrong and you end up losing hours for no reason.
