Pros

Work from home, pay check on time.

Cons

No paid holidays, minimum wage, no paid vacations. Was sent an email letting me know I was getting laid off due to company needs, expressed that it was not due to performance but that my last day would be in two days.

Mentally draining.

Pros

Different shifts available. Pay is not that bad. Work from home. It can be a good part-time, pay-for-school, temporary kind of job.

Cons

High call volume. No salary increases. The job itself is repetitive, emotionally, psychologically and mentally exhausting. It reduces you to a person whose only ability seems to be repeating yourself over and over again in two different languages. Management is terrible, employees are only seen as numbers.
