Terrible company to work for

Pros

The remote opportunity and the training period were the good parts

Cons

Micromanagement is insane. The pay is not worth the amount of expertise and proficiency required. The hour isn't flexible. You are locked in with a schedule you set up. Did I mention how terrible the support system is? Whenever I request support, it takes me 2 or 3 days to receive a reply.

Pros

There are no pros to working for LanguageLine Solutions.

Cons

LanguageLine Solutions is not worth your time. There’s no holiday pay, no benefits, and no flexibility. The company offers little to no support for interpreters, and management is often unresponsive. You’re treated like just another number, not a valued professional. Overall, it’s a frustrating experience — don’t waste your time here.

Pros

Work from home job. Some equipments are provided. 12 days leave and 14 days medical leaves. Pay is good for people working in 3rd world country, though actually the salary is still minimum wage for western standard.

Cons

0 social life. Since you will be talking to client with various topics with confidential information, you'll be working completely alone for 8 hours straight. Idk if there's any career opportunity really. Pay is good tho.
