We strive to provide the most up to date training available, we have 24 X 7 support and self-support available in our extensive eLibrary. We have Chatter Groups for support & activities. Additionally, we have many other resources available to support and help our interpreters grow and be successful. After doing an extensive evaluation of our compensation in comparison to other employers in our business, we find that while not above average, is consistent with the industry.
