We do have career path opportunities and publicize our open positions for interpreters and corporate positions. In addition, we have full-time positions open for several languages. Pros

Paid training provided, decent tech support, job is most of the time easy, you just do your shift and you are done with everything once you clock out

Cons

Once done with training, you are basically all by yourself. Don’t even have a name for a supervisor. You never know how you are doing. Pay rate is not great
