Pros

People want to talk to you on the phone because you have a skill they really need at that moment.

Cons

I wish compensation could be more competitive, also availability of training materials and scripts when dealing with calls could improve.

Pros

Good way to make some easy money without leaving home. First weeks are boring when you're taking call from insurance/service companies. Later on I received training to become a Medical Interpreter and calls were much more entertaining and not so demanding. Good schedule flexibility.

Cons

No carreer path specified, minimum benefits because mexican employees are outsourced.
