Difficult because of bad connections on phone line.

great way to expand your vocabulary and knowledge

you get to help real people, live and you expand your knowledge in many different areas

Cons

if your time is limited to a certain amount of hours to be working you cant dispose of the call which could lead you to stay stuck on a call for 10 minutes or more

they are not flexible with schedule changes at all, sometimes they block the line so you dont get calls, that ways you cant collect minutes and they pay you less
