Pros

-learning a lot about various industries in details which is great to know for your own personal life. -being exposed to a lot of arabic dialects that otherwise I would never have learnt. -helping people.

Cons

-Work place is far away from home, i wish we were home based. -very high call volum, i started having panic attacks because of the stress -more interpreters needed, we are really understaffed, good thing management is working on that.
