Pros

Work at home, fairly good wage compare to other jobs. Fairly easy to get a job and good new hire training

Cons

Very emotionally stressful. No break between calls, interpreters couldn't even take a sip of water. Clients are usually very pushy and LEPs tend to dodge questions and/or providing irrelevant information; clients end up blaming interpreters for bad translation. Very tiring and muscles were all tensed up at the end of each shift

Today is my last day working with LLS.I wanted to publicly thank the Company for my awesome experience and for all they do to help people . Language Line is the best company that I worked for.Great colleagues,great trainers,managers and so on . Thank you Language Line for everything,keep up the great work you all do!

Cons

Nothing bad about.You get to work from home and help people while doing your job!
