you get to help real people, live and you expand your knowledge in many different areas

Cons

if your time is limited to a certain amount of hours to be working you cant dispose of the call which could lead you to stay stuck on a call for 10 minutes or more

Pros

It is home office and you reduce a lot of expenses. You don't have direct supervision and you don't need time to move to an office.

Cons

The salary is awful and they are very strict with time and absences. They will deduct a lot of your paycheck for tardies on your shift.
