Pros

Work from home and the payment is good when you work at night (full time)

Cons

Sometimes the clients’ audio isn’t that clear and you will hv LEP who don’t speak clearly. Is different to interpret.

Thank you for your review and for being a valued member of the LanguageLine team! We’re happy to hear that you appreciate the flexibility of working from home and the compensation during night shifts. We also understand that audio quality and communication challenges can make interpreting more difficult. Your suggestion about receiving more guidance for handling critical situations is a great one. We’re always looking for ways to support our interpreters better, and we’ll be sure to share your feedback with the appropriate teams. If you have specific examples you'd like to share, please feel free to reach out to us at InterpreterCommunications@languageline.com.
