Pros

As everything it is an opportunity to learn.

Cons

There really isn't much room for advancement, it is overly clear that it who you know. Pay-rate is not up to industry standards, they offer you opportunities for new positions i.e becoming a video interpreter; job that requires more knowledge and work, but not a pay raise.

Work from home, that's it.

Cons

Feel like a slave and after many years of dedication to the company have only 5 cents raise. Awful communication. Be tossed around without any thought about what you may want. Work non-stop while scheduled.
