Pros

friendly staff if you are willing to work for really low rates. May occasionally get jobs further away where they pay travel money. At least that was the case last year.

Cons

Very low rates.They always communicate by phone and expect you to do the same. If you disagree with them they may be rude. They may not pay you and/or threaten you with dismissal if you are late for an appointment.
