Being able to work at home Opportunities to help people Learn many new things from the clients

Cons

Inadequate training Horrible communication with management. Unfair and low paid Their attitude is take it or leave No paid vacation, sick, and holidays Health benefits is just minimal coverage. Useless!! Hours are not flexible. Very difficult to get a schedule changed.
