-flexible hours -work from home -good flow of calls -decent staff

Cons

-the pay would have been good if we were still living in the 70s. Interpreters are the foundation of this company , appreciating them in the salaries will only make the company better.

0 opportunity for advancement low wages you could end up in a dead end Very secular -- even when you are being helpful you get treated like the enemy NO PAID TIME OFF It's a specialized service yet you're slammed with calls like a run of the mill call center except there's no incentive still working holidays after 15 yrs
