- work from home - you dont take any work 'home', once you're done with your shift, your job is done

Cons

- night shift - quite a heavy load of vocabulary to learn

Remote work, You choose your hours

Cons

No supervisor to ask for help, Can only change schedule once in a year, basic low pay, Bathroom breaks once in 2.5 hr while you are taking calls continuously. No over time. No learning material for minority languages.
