Stable income. You start with 24$/h but they rarely increase it.

Cons

Sometimes very intensive. In the past 4 months they started cutting hours every week. Not 40, but sometimes 35, 32.

Pros

Great place to start as a interpreter. Good training and stable income. Gain lots of interpretation experience.

Cons

Schedule is not very flexible to change (Recently they are improving the system though). No national holidays.
