You get to help people communicate and help them improve their lives. They offer work from home, so it's a great opportunity for people who cannot commute to a job site.

Cons

You may get long calls almost at the end of a shift.

Training at this company is great when you are starting!

Speaking with live people was a problem for a long while although there has been a lot of improvement in that area.
