Working from home becomes your prison...

0 opportunity for advancement low wages you could end up in a dead end Very secular -- even when you are being helpful you get treated like the enemy NO PAID TIME OFF It's a specialized service yet you're slammed with calls like a run of the mill call center except there's no incentive still working holidays after 15 yrs

They can be very flexible with your schedule. You can make your own schedule and they normally approve it very easily.

Cons

The pay too low compares to the stress that you have to deal with. Only 30 cent per minute but your brain has to work extensively.
