The paid training is worthy, and the workload is actually not as bad as described. So far I like it.

Cons

It's not so "remotely" remote.

Remote Independence

Pros

Follow your schedule and you'll enjoy the benefits of remote interpretation. Very good with assistance for interpreters when we need it.

Cons

Everything is system based, so you need to request how many vacation hours you have available via system or you'll be stuck using your UTO always.
