Good Training. Constant learning while helping others to overcome the language barrier.

Cons

Low pay. Close to non-existent access to Manager or Supervisor. No review or raise offered. You are paid according to the language you interpret, not according to your actual skills.

Its remote position, can work from anywhere in the US. I work night shifts, expect to stay up all night, and sleep during the day. System is very easy to navigate.

Cons

Low pay for night shifts.
