      Management understands details & is not afraid to act. Strong culture of accountability & continuous improvement

      Cons

      Can be a bit cheap. Some functions are led by people who have come up from a small company background & are in over their head.

      Challenging and interesting projects with lots of support. A general enthusiasm for the work. Motivated and brilliant co-workers.

      Cons

      Free coffee was mismanaged and taken away. Cafeteria food isn't good. Numerous IT issues.
