      Tech company run as a blue collar factory

      Pros

      The company is well managed financially and is in the semiconductor industry where high tech learning opportunities are available.

      Cons

      Management treats tech employees like line workers in a factory. The CEO I believe was a high school dropout and likes to hire lieutenants who just tow the party line rather than grow the business into something more than just a components business.
