      Pros

      Not too much pressure, very good company and very good friendly staff, I love holidays there it worth working there, lots of overtime sometimes

      The break time could have been longer, need more young people there,too many old people

      Got to learn lots of things, was not restricted to area of expertise. Really exciting technology like instrumentation

      Had to figure out lots by yourself which is what you will see in the real world. Did not learn much from mentor.

      Pros

      Nice people, good work facilities, nice quiet work environment for software engineers. The benefits are good, including starting with 3 weeks of vacation, in addition to 10 holidays a year. The salaries are good as well. I also like that they prefer to hire permanent employees rather than contractors, so there's not much retraining of new people we have to do.

      Cons

      Work facilities could be made a little nicer.
