Interesting technology. Some very good colleagues.

Cons

Mid and upper management on site was terrible. Misused talent. Micromanagement rampant among managers who all seemed to be afraid of their line managers.

Depending on the day, the work could be fairly effortless.

Cons

Many times, the work load was unreasonable. The manager of the filter department could be difficult to work alongside at times as he had a bad temper. Coworkers were generally helpful and easygoing. The compensation was not commensurate to the demanding and multifaceted nature of the job. Overall, not a company I would recommend working at.
