      Pros

      Nice people to work with. You feel like you are part of a team from the minute you start here. Everyone works together to get the job done. I left a former employer that I was with for almost 20 years to come here and felt at home right away.

      Cons

      My only complaint is that they seem behind the times with their systems. I feel there is a need to take a look at going to a single ERP system soon in the future.
