Pros

Nice onsite Cafeteria with variety of food options.

Cons

Many to mention: Senior Management are very distant from the reality of the Operations. Many back stabbing scenarios to list. Employee Morales are very down. No proper planning. Every End-of-quarter is a nightmare to go thru quarter after quarter. Job security is non-existent. Most employees are either looking for work elsewhere, or just have couple of years for retirement so they don't care. The only way to have your voice heard (temporarily) is by showing upper management a job offer from another company and giving the company a notice.

Pros

Good and interesting product, some of the folks in non-managerial roles are great to work with.

Cons

Fair portion of management, executive and on down, has no clue about managing professionals and employees. There is a revolving door of employees, and people are laid off on a whim. Some of the laid off employees have many years of experience that obviously means nothing. The short term vision, wall street appeasement is all the rage and some basics, like strategy, employee engagement are totally lost. For example: management stopped taking employees surveys because they did not like what employees were saying. To top it off, there is small portion of management in quality that is plain mental.
