Pros

Flexible times and work-life balance.

Cons

Not a particularly professional management that seems to be driven by emotions rather than by strategy and focus. Communication is very poor and essentially non-existing, unless one is in privileged circles (it is so bad that it can affect one's work).

Pros

Hard to think of any

Cons

1. Organization run very thin, meaning roles require going above and beyond standard job responsibilities as part of BAU 2. Lack of investment - company does not invest in technology or people, making it very hard to mature from a process or career standpoint 3. Lack of strategy - Management (usually the C suite) sends company wide emails mandating something, with no strategy behind it 4. Impossible to grow in career - internal mobility is virtually non existent, which requires employees to get promoted in their existing roles, which is difficult 5. AI Adoption Strategy - CEO mandates use of AI but usage/tracking only based on ChatGPT. 6. Compensation - negotiate a higher salary if coming in because annual raise & bonus pools always run dry, no matter how well the company does 7. No cross functional communication on projects (ie product lunches new innovative product without including sales, etc
