Thank you for your review, we take your comments very seriously. MSCI is a strictly merit-based company, where contributions are recognized and rewarded. Our promotion process is merit-based and fair, and if anyone feels otherwise, we encourage them to express their concerns directly to their manager, senior management or their local HR representatives.

We encourage an environment where every voice is heard, no matter an employee’s level or location and we are sorry you have not been able to articulate your needs internally. Our Future of Work model encourages our teams to find the balance between office-based and home-office work that best works for their clients, while remaining accountable for delivering on their goals. We find that employees who are able to spend time in the office are connected, energized through in person connections and better able to collaborate with other key parts of the firm – for Coverage this includes Research, Product and Technology. Days in the office are determined by managers, if you feel your days are arbitrary please let your HRG know. We do not monitor in office presence other than to manage our physical space and for safety reasons – we operate on the basis of trust. We also constantly review our benefits and paid leave allowances, and remain highly competitive. We encourage anyone who feels they are not getting the support they need to speak up - either to their manager or their local HR representative. In addition, our Engagement Surveys provide a platform to give anonymous feedback to managers.
