      Pros

      The company culture is amazing. I love that every morning (where ever in the world that might be) everyone says hello to each other. We have events to bring people together and a "coffee chat app" that connects us with new people each week. The company is growing rapidly and I have great faith in our product. There is a lot of autonomy and trust given right off the bat. Plus the benefits are great! Also I love the all remote culture where I can choose when and where I work; even day 1 I was told to log in "when I wanted my regular hours to be."

      - Asynchronous: The level of documentation available across teams makes it super easy to learn what's happening across the business; there's great transparency and context so we're all equipped to work asynchronously. The whole team is spread across the world and it really is possible to work from anywhere or whilst you're travelling. - Great people: The team is full of talented and genuine people who work super hard whilst also prioritising making it a fun place to work. The leadership team are awesome; they're not afraid to try new things, openly ask for feedback and welcome suggestions from the team. - Career growth: Access to training and support you need, alongside amazing career development sessions internally with management

      Cons

      Only that Covid is holding us back from meeting in person this year but usually we meet twice a year at offsites 🤞
