Not enough clients Management lies The company forgets that it has employees staff aug at other client locations. Make a lot of promises they cannot keep. Told one thing but then that information is incorrect... Company went from loving its employees and treating people like a family (best places to work) to caring more about profit and letting go good people then making them sign disclosures to keep their former employees hush mouth to pretend like the company is still awesome. I hate to break it to ya but you are not one of the best places to work for anymore you used to be. And now you make your employees take those stupid surveys to lie to get publicity when in reality the company is not fantastic anymore.

Sweat Shop Atmosphere: The sales people oversell what can be delivered in a short period of time. And you will be stuck with the consequences: unreasonable demands and long hours. Terrible Coworkers: Some of your coworkers on a given project will be reasonable to work with. Others will be terrible. AgileThought has not been very successful at screening out toxic personalities in the hiring process. Nearshore Strategy: After the acquisition in 2019, AgileThought started a new business strategy: replace as many US people as possible with nearshore resources in Latin America to better compete on pricing with low price vendors like InfoSys. So expect to be replaced by nearshore resources who will work for half the prevailing US wage.
