Pros

The only real pro is there are some really good people that are trying to make things better.

Cons

- What used to attract top talent to AgileThought is long gone. It is now just another staffing company. No innovation, just throw a cheap body at the client. - The new regime is all about paying their new sales people ridiculous salaries on the promise that they can grow sales. Promise Not Kept. - The executives have no integrity, morals, and clearly wanted to tear down what the former founders of AgileThought spent their life building, which was something special. - The AgileThought name and brand are a shell of what it was and everyone knows it. - No training or professional development for anyone. ALL TALK! - Benefits are garbage and HR does nothing. - New sales leadership that are getting paid 2 to 3 times more than most in the company are lost and getting desperate because they are realizing their approach doesn't work. - New sales leadership is arrogant for no reason... If you actually followed through on your bold claims, people's reactions would be different. - Executives spend more time congratulating themselves then those that are regularly putting in 60 - 80 hours per week with no recognition or grattitude.

Pros

Gorgeous office (if you ever get to work there), work from home (when client allows), co-workers are smart and knowledgeable (most of them), decent benefits, training resources.

Cons

Office is a facade to mask true nature of the work; staff augmentation is the norm on technologies that are the hottness in the market, even if you don't enjoy them; a body shop that turns over people due to incompetent project management that was actually put in charge of the people as well as the project; your skills may not match the client needs, yet will be placed at the client if they can make money on you; management that seems like they are waiting on a buyout rather than caring about their people; false recruiting practices that show you the old glory days rather than the current environment; diversity of work and projects is minimal

Pros

They let you work from home

Cons

The company is controled by few. Some project managers do not even know how to create a query in TFS but are the first one to through you into the bus. They preach about quality but do not apply when it comes down to pleasing the client. They are client scare. Also they have create a role of a Business Analyst combined with QA Analyst so you can imagine the responsabilities and the amount of work these people have to do for the salary of one. That really sucks.
