Pros

Nice office view, some genuinely good people working here, though they're mostly unhappy

Cons

Bodyshop "churn and burn" mentality: constant deathmarch hours, oversold/underdelivered projects, mismatched resources, terrible client management, high employee attrition. Little to no respect of work/life balance: mandatory weekend and evening hours are common, PM's micromanage teams to death, billability above all things Risky business model: only really sell to 2-3 big clients. If they get dropped or de-utilized from any one of them, it will get ugly fast Little respect of technology: tunnel vision for outdated tech and Microsoft products

Pros

Tampa office has nice views and snacks

Cons

Old company culture of being "people-centered" is gone and now employees are treated as resources and nothing more. Billable employees expected to work overtime and weekends to meet unrealistic expectations given to the client by sales team. Delivery Leaders unwilling to set realistic expectations with client in order to maintain an agile mindset. Upper Management and Sales team seem to have constant opportunities for growth and additions while other areas of the business no opportunities exist. US Employees fired/furloughed with no reason in order to outsource their positions to Latin America where they can get away with paying employees less for more hours of work. No transparency in the business anymore. Large decisions about the company are made with zero explanation given. Leadership always states that they are making decisions that are "best for the employees" even when that means laying off large numbers of employees. Employees fleeing from AgileThought left and right due to lack of support and being overworked.

Pros

work from home policy great water views from office

Cons

Delivery leads do not understand or buy-in to Agile process Delivery leads do not back up team members Delivery leads will place all blame on team members to cover-up the DL's incompetencies Once the DL ruins the reputation of a team member they fire them listing the cause as the client wanted the resource removed
