Pros

I no longer work there.

Cons

Terrible management. Sexist. HR team that does nothing after numerous complaints about the same employee. Blame culture. One particular manager with such a hero complex, who constantly condescends and bullies junior staff. Management could not care LESS about the staff. Totally lacking in loyalty. Terrible financial state.

Pros

Good product if they could fix the issues for customers they would make the sales needed to keep employees instead of high turnover or laying off.

Cons

Products need to be done in timely fashion in order to up the sales with no product you will never get new sales. The customers are not happy and will eventually leave.

No good comes from overloaded employees and incompetent management

Pros

Nice colleagues that are hard working and facing enormous challenges with positiveness

Cons

No respect for people's life, terrible working conditions (sometimes against all safety and health rules), stretching people to the maximum of their tolerance, travel conditions that are below any nomal small business standard (try and find a room costing less than 100£ in some cities, with no compensation at all for personal expenses such as phone), managers take credit for all people hard work, while those people saved them from a catastrophy following their very poor management decisions or inactions, no career perspective: if someone can be uses to 200% in a position, why bother give him a promotion? leave him there ! and paradoxally, there are more managers than the base, which makes the company very unbalanced, and decisions taking long
