Good place to start carrier. Good benefits and good opportunity to build resume.

The top management need to be FIRED!!!!!! From the top down, very poor leadership. When they say "the fish stinks from the head down" they are talking about Paychex. RICHO copiers as there leadership and now they are bringing in that culture to this industry. GET A CLUE!!!! Very cheep with compensation and they don't care about middle management or reps. After 10 years of working there I wouldn't recommend this company. CEO got a 92% approval rating???? Well I guess like all there other acclimates they must of bought that one too.

Great benefits. Unlimited PTO. Flexible work/life balance.

Cons

The company's key differentiators are not invested in by upper management - i.e. poor service from a company that sells 1 to 1 service as a unique feature. Multi-faceted issue but it comes down to lack of investment in training, salaries and SIMPLICITY. Turnover is high in service and sales because neither has enough training, the starting pay is below the market and the internal and external processes to get things done continue to get harder instead of more simplistic. We sell a smooth, well-functioning, service machine but we operate in an out-dated, over complicated, tired and frustrated state.
