      Pros

      I like working at ROI because the atmosphere is very friendly and in most of the positions you get the opportunity to work from home! They are great at being flexible with scheduling as well! They also partner with DailyPay which helps if you ever need your check a little early!

      Pros

      I would say that my co-workers are the biggest "Pro" that I could ask for. My co-workers have been kind and welcoming since day 1, they're ALL hard workers and always there if I need help or just a quick mid-day laugh. If that wasn't enough, they're always looking for ways they can improve our processes and are open to suggestions from everyone! Not many places are like that anymore and actually mean it, which means a great deal to me. I had worked at ROI in the past as a customer service representative then I was promoted to a Team Lead. I absolutely love that they stick to their morals and actually promote from within. There are great advancement opportunities here within ROI, it's up to you how far you want to climb!

      Pros

      ROI Solutions is definitely the best company I have worked for! They are understanding and willing to work with you through difficult times. I have been working for this company for a little over a year and I absolutely love it

      Cons

      The only thing I have on downsides is the pay could be better
